Welcome to the sixth day of the GM diet. Now going into day 6 of GM diet, we carry on with the protein component of the diet. As the penultimate day of the diet, it should be motivation enough the realize how much you've achieved and must be feeling very good about yourself at this stage.
Day 6 in the GM diet, unlike like day 5 provides more choices with regards to the choices of foods to consume, and the options are certainly filling. One may refer back to the initial GM diet plan, to ensure all the food items are available and prepare accordingly. The sixth day is detailed as listed below:
- Beef/Chicken - You may consume upto 2 patties of beef/chicken during the day. These may be cooked with appropriate seasoning in order to easily consume.
- Vegetables- All vegetables as per day 2 gm diet plan. These ingredients may be boiled and seasoned with salt.
Day 6 is easier to plan and manage as compared to the previous day since there is a lot more variety to choose from. The beef/chicken would provide an overall satisfying experience. Vegetarians may replace the beef/chicken with cottage cheese (paneer). Still, the issue remains of cooking the beef/chicken or the cottage cheese. You may try to make patties for either with enough seasoning to consume easily.
Precautions: Since you are consuming beef/chicken during the day with vegetables, leading to a lot of urea production in the body. To counter the build-up of the area, try to consume at least a litre of the water during the day to avoid any discomfort. GM diet exercise plan should be revisited regularly in order to see the best results but nothing should be overdone and put your overall health in jeopardy. At this stage, you may feel more confident to attempt to increase the intensity of the workouts.
